Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr Manager - F & D: Cosmetics & Personal Care, located in Baddi. The Sr Manager will oversee formulating and developing cosmetic and personal care products. Responsibilities include leading the product development team, ensuring regulatory compliance, performing quality control, coordinating with suppliers and manufacturers, and supporting sales and marketing teams with product information.

Qualifications

  • Team Leadership and Customer Service skills
  • Sales and Product Knowledge skills
  • Experience in Retail Loss Prevention
  • Strong understanding of cosmetic and personal care product formulation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or related field
  • Experience in the cosmetics and personal care industry is a plus
