Job responsibilities

JOB Profile Complete portfolio selling Identifying and Mapping of Key Accounts from the region. 360 managing of Accounts in Branch regions. Cust Segment- Manufacturing, Logistics & Warehousing, Automotive, Agriculture, Energy & Utilities, Chemical, Cement, Mining, Iron & Steel, Textile, FMCG, F&B, Pharma and all Industry customer Accounts.

KRA:

  • Identifying new Accounts from the assigned territory and developing them to generate revenue for the organization.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships. Mapping of Key stake holders, influencers and decision makers.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for clients from Havells for all electrical requirements.
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of client business. Understanding of key challenges client is facing in their business.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within existing accounts. Cross selling and up selling in customer Account
  • Developing and implementing strategic account plans for the Year with Quarter wise break-up.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals from the Account.
  • Preparing and delivering account reviews and performance reports time to time asked by management.
  • Analysing key account metrics and providing insights.
  • Providing regular updates to management on account status and performance.
  • Co-ordination with different product BUs for closure of deals.
  • Closely working with other functional units for smooth transaction and deal closure.

Candidates' profile -

Education

BE/B. Tech (MBA/PGDM is desirable)

Experience

10-20 Years of Experience in Electrical Industry

Personal Attributes

Candidates with Good verbal & written skills, Good Communication & Presentation Skills
