**Job Title: Dispatch Executive**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with departments to manage timely dispatch of finished goods.
- Create invoices and E-way bills as per rules.
- Maintain inventory records and follow FIFO (First in First out)method.
- Store goods properly for easy access and space management.
- Use computer systems for inventory and label printing (label printing knowledge preferred).
- Prepare weekly and monthly inventory and dispatch reports.
- Arrange transport and communicate with transport agencies.
- Handle marine insurance for dispatched goods and keep records.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of a **graduate degree in any relevant field.**
- At least **2 years** of experience in dispatch execution or finished goods store management.
- Proficiency in invoicing and generating **E-way bills.**
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Computer-friendly with knowledge of **label printing software**.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with transport agencies.
- Proven ability to prepare and analyze reports to track performance metrics.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring the smooth flow of dispatch operations.

**Salary**: 18000 - 20000

**Schedule**: Day shift
