Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive to join our finance team at Expert Engineers India Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role requires proficiency in Tally software and a solid understanding of TDS & GST filing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports, ensuring all records are updated regularly.
  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, standards, and company policies.
  • Coordinate with external auditors for annual financial audits and assist with the audit process.
  • Handle tax filings and payments, including TDS & GST, ensuring deadlines are met and filings are accurate.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve internal controls and financial operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Tally software.
  • Expertise in TDS & GST filings, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting software tools.
