About the Role:
The HR Business Partner will support our India business by providing
strategic advice
to local leaders and employees. You'll play a key role in
leadership coaching, employee development, and employee relations
, working closely with managers on change and talent management while ensuring alignment with business needs and culture. As part of the global HR team, you'll collaborate with colleagues across Total Rewards, Operations, Recruiting, and Learning & Development to integrate strategies, share insights, and maintain consistency across regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership Coaching
- Partner with employees and leadership on coaching, development, and employee relations.
- Drive change management and talent management initiatives.
- Promote positive people management through feedback loops and leadership guidance.
- Collaborate with Learning & Development on leadership training and development initiatives.
Organizational Design & Strategic Planning
- Identify organizational gaps and deploy effective people strategies.
- Conduct talent reviews and support succession planning.
- Collaborate with Recruiting, Training, and Finance to optimize talent acquisition and development.
- Provide input on business restructuring and workforce planning.
Biannual Promotion Process
- Assist with promotion files, manager coaching, and Workday updates.
- Keep abreast of local best practices, market data, and regulations.
Employee Relations & Performance Management
- Manage employee relations with discretion and objectivity.
- Lead Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) with managers, including planning, documentation, and execution.
Engagement
- Support annual engagement surveys and follow-up action plans.
- Collaborate with global HR to implement programs and initiatives.
Recruiting Support
- Partner with global recruiting on internal transfers and external hiring.
- Ensure consistency in job classification, pay equity, transparency, and budgeting.
Reporting & Analytics
- Track and report on HR metrics, OKRs, and KPIs.
- Conduct data analysis and prepare business presentations.
- Manage Workday job changes and exit processes.
- Contribute to HR policies and process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 10–15 years' experience in HR, preferably in progressive HR Business Partner roles.
- Experience in a global organization preferred.
- Strong expertise in employee relations and performance management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Workday, Greenhouse, or other HR systems is a plus.
