Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Hyderabad. As a Human Resources Executive, you will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, and maintaining employee relations. The role entails supporting the HR department in various tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
  • End to end recruitment(IT and Non IT)
  • Experience in HR Operations and developing HR Policies
  • Strong Employee Relations skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
  • Experience in the tech industry or similar fast-paced environments is a plus
