Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Human Resources Executive to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The position is full-time and requires 1 to 3 years of experience. As a Human Resources Executive, you will contribute to various HR functions and play a pivotal role in employee management.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience in using recruitment and sourcing tools to identify and attract top talent. This is a must-have skill for the role.
  • Proficiency in payroll processing to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of employee salaries. (Mandatory skill)
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems to manage and streamline human resource operations effectively.
  • Experience with employee engagement software to enhance company culture and employee satisfaction.
  • Skilled in utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) for managing recruitment processes efficiently.
  • Knowledge of compensation and benefits software to ensure competitive and compliant employee pay structures.
  • Understanding of labor laws compliance tools to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster positive employee relations and collaboration.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, candidate evaluations, and interviews.
  • Administer payroll functions to ensure timely and accurate compensation distribution to employees.
  • Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive working environment.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with pertinent information.
  • Assist in managing employee benefits, compensation packages, and related communications.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in all HR activities and processes.
  • Provide support and guidance to employees and management on HR-related issues and queries.
