Liaise with related parties to ensure GI is done one time and Handle system related configuration to ensure reliable outbound from global MRP locations. Define delivery concepts and network setup to meet customer requirements, Delivery plan for all materials for the service business, across the value chain, and project management of continuous improvement initiatives within supply chain.ResponsibilitiesShould have knowledge in Logistics / Freight Forwarding ProcessCoordinate PBU to Port of Loading deliveries with Vessel Coordinator and StevedoreFollow up on SAP updates based on requests from our stakeholders according to defined processes(SAP MM Module)Create Purchase Orders in SAP based on TMS Bookings, PR to PO ConversionHandling Work flow Issues, providing Resolutions for Park & Blocked Invoices relates to Transport ServicesData Updates in SAP relates to Shipment Creation & Routes & it maintenance based on business requirementsCarry out Daily/Weekly/Monthly/ ReportsCommunication with internal customers and stakeholders related to process issuesService and actively communicate with internal stakeholder from all over the world for occurring tasks relates to Transport ServicesContribute to delivering the promised service level to the businessGenerate reports to Management (MIS)GR & IR reconciliations & Follow up on Park /Blocked InvoicesParticipation in continuous Improvement activitiesCommunication with internal customers and stakeholders related to process issuesKnowledge and Hands on Experience on Customs Clearance along with import, exports processSupport Logistics Team stakeholders to improve logistics value chain efficiencyCollaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processesCreate preliminary end to end shipping plans in SAPCoordinate with stakeholders for continuous status update of on carriage leg loading in Port of Discharge with StevedoreEnsure timely reporting, feedback and communication to relevant stakeholdersQualificationsAny Bachelors or Master's degree Graduate1-3 years of relevant experience in SCM or Shipping or Freight Forwarder Companies involving SCMProficient in Microsoft Office Package required (Solid experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint) and SAP MM / SAP TM modulesKnowledge on Shipping / Freight Forwarder ProcessKnowledge on Transport Management System in SAP is neededCompetenciesGood Stakeholder ManagementGood Pragmatical SkillsGood Collaborator & Problem SolverFocus on Initiatives & ImprovementsGood Communication, Interpersonal & Negotiation SkillsSolid Knowledge on Logistics / Shipping / Freight Forwarder ProcessSolid Knowledge on Transport Management System in SAP/Any ERP is neededWhat We offerWe offer an exciting job with excellent opportunities for professional and personal development in an inspiring environment at a well-known producer of wind turbines.
