Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and self-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through B2B channels.
- Contact potential clients via calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Schedule and conduct demo meetings with clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to improve business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications.
Requirements:
- Fresher or experience in Business Development / Sales (B2B preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic understanding of sales techniques and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Full-time | Office-based
Location:
Madurai, Tamil Nadu
Performance Expectation:
- Minimum 120 minutes of client interaction and 1 demo meeting per day.
- 4 successful sales per month.
