Job Opening: Admin – Domestic & Export Logistics
Location: Kharghar, Navi-mumbai.
Industry: AgricultureTrading/Export.
Experience Required: 2–5 years
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all documentation related to domestic and export logistics.
- Prepare and handle E-way bills, TDS, GST, purchase & sales invoices.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication with logistics and transport partners.
- Coordinate with loaders, CHAs (Custom House Agents), freight forwarders, and transporters to ensure smooth dispatch and delivery operations.
- Maintain proper records for shipments and logistics-related activities.
- Support in compliance and audit requirements related to transport and export documentation.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of E-way Bill, TDS, GST, and invoice handling.
- Prior experience in logistics coordination (domestic and export).
- Good communication skills, especially with transport and logistics service providers.
- Strong coordination skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and email correspondence.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
