**Job Title**: Hospital Administrator / Admin Executive

**Location**: Kharghar
**Department**: Administration
**Reporting to**: Hospital Director / Medical Superintendent
**Experience**: 3-7 years (Healthcare or hospital admin experience preferred)
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the day-to-day non-clinical operations of the hospital.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all departments including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and security.
- Supervise reception staff, PROs, ward boys, housekeeping, and other support staff.
- Ensure patient satisfaction through efficient service coordination, complaint handling, and feedback management.
- Coordinate with clinical departments (doctors, nurses, pharmacy, lab, etc.) to ensure seamless hospital functioning.
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety protocols in all areas of the hospital.
- Manage duty rosters, shift scheduling, and leave records of non-medical staff.
- Ensure hospital facilities are well-maintained; coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Assist in audits (NABH/NABL), documentation, and statutory compliance.
- Support in handling licenses, vendor coordination, and AMC renewals.
- Maintain stock of office and housekeeping supplies; monitor usage and inventory.
- Ensure proper record-keeping and filing systems across departments.
- Coordinate with HR for recruitment, training, and discipline of support staff.

**Key Requirements**:

- Graduate in Hospital Administration / Management / Any discipline (MBA/PGDHM preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hospital/healthcare administration.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, hospital software/EMR systems.
- Ability to handle emergencies and multitask in a fast-paced hospital environment.

**Preferred Qualities**:

- Familiarity with NABH protocols and hospital accreditation procedures.
- Hands-on experience in managing OPD/IPD flow and patient services.
- Problem-solving attitude with the ability to work under pressure.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
