Assistant Manager Mid Market Sales

- ABOUT THE TEAM This team consists of individuals with a mix of sales, strategy and execution across TV and Digital platforms.
This is an individual contributor role where you will own the revenue targets for key accounts within the Entertainment Business in a specific industry under the Mid market portfolio. The focus will be on maximizing revenue potential and positioning JioStar.You will be Jiostar's ambassador in the market for the accounts you own.You will be expected to understand India's Digital &TV ecosystem, stay abreast with industry trends and innovations along with establishing and demonstrating an understanding of JioStar's ad solutions and capabilitiesYou will be expected to maintain a healthy sales pipeline on a regular basis; be proactive in highlighting any roadblocks and maintain high standards in sales processesYou will be expected to manage all stakeholder relationships end to end with minimum supervisionYou will also be focusing on deeper client interactions to drive case studies, client interviews, executing joint business plans & maintaining monthly run rates etc.You will work closely with the cross functional ads revenue team for the conceptualization & execution of all deals for your accounts
SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS & PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:Understanding Key account management principles/consultative selling Should be both a category & a brand builder with a strong ability to drive and achieve sales targets. Excellent interpersonal &communication skills. Comfort to use data and analytics while building on client conversations at deal level. Ability to leverage relationships, build a strong network, and have effective negotiations, and utilizing these to drive new business. Persistence to drive sales from exploration to deal closures.Preferably Bachelor's degree with 6-8 years in a fast-paced industry; with solid understanding of digital landscape.
