About the Role:

We are seeking an energetic and persuasive
Admission Counselor
to join our sales and admissions team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding potential students through the admission process, handling inbound and outbound calls, and converting leads into successful enrollments.

This role involves
inside sales, tele-counseling, and admission support
— perfect for professionals who are confident communicators and passionate about education and career guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
  • Counsel students on educational programs, courses, admission procedures, and career paths.
  • Follow up with leads via phone, email, or chat to ensure conversion.
  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions and lead status in the CRM system.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly admission and sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
  • Organize and participate in admission drives, webinars, and counseling sessions.
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion rates.
