A hospital Senior Manager Operations oversees daily hospital functions, ensuring efficiency by coordinating departments, managing budgets, and implementing policies that align with healthcare regulations.

  • Daily operations: Supervise all day-to-day hospital operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow across departments.
  • Staff and team management: Lead, mentor, and manage operations staff, which can include setting performance expectations, providing feedback, and overseeing scheduling.
  • Policy and compliance: Develop and implement operational policies and procedures in compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, standards, and legal requirements.
  • Quality improvement: Drive quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction, patient outcomes, and overall service delivery.
  • Strategic planning: Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning and the development of long-term operational goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹60,000.00 per month
