Job Description:

We are committed to delivering excellence in patient care and are looking for a dedicated Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to join our medical team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide round-the-clock medical care to admitted patients.

  • Assist consultants and senior doctors in patient management.

  • Conduct patient rounds, monitor vitals, and update medical records regularly.

  • Handle medical emergencies promptly and coordinate with the emergency/ICU team.

  • Ensure smooth communication between patients, their families, and consultants.

  • Administer prescribed treatments, medications, and procedures as required.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient progress.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • MBBS degree from a recognized university (mandatory).

  • Valid registration with the Medical Council of India/State Medical Council.

  • Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of hospital experience can apply.

  • Strong clinical knowledge with good decision-making skills.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
