Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support business development initiatives within the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of B2B marketing, experience with industrial or real estate marketing, and a proven ability to align marketing campaigns with sales goals.
Role & responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights.
Define target audience and positioning strategies for various construction services/products.
Brand Management
Build and maintain a strong brand presence across all digital and offline channels.
Ensure consistent branding across marketing materials, signage, and communication tools.
Lead Generation & Campaigns
Plan and execute lead generation campaigns via email marketing, Google Ads, social media, and offline channels.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted content and promotions.
Digital Marketing
Manage website content, SEO/SEM strategies, and performance analytics.
- Oversee social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) for engagement and outreach.
Create and manage Google My Business and online directory listings.
Event & PR Management
Plan and coordinate industry trade shows, exhibitions, client events, and site visits.
Build relationships with media, PR agencies, and industry influencers.
Content Creation
Oversee development of marketing collateral including brochures, case studies, videos, and presentations.
Collaborate with graphic designers, content writers, and videographers.
Vendor & Budget Management
Manage external marketing agencies and vendors.
- Monitor and optimize marketing budgets and ROI tracking.
Requirements:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in construction, real estate.
- Strong understanding of construction industry trends and client needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Analytics, CRM systems, etc.).
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, operations, and design teams.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or construction-specific tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with tendering processes, BOQs, and technical documentation.
