Role Overview

The Digital Engagement Executive will be responsible for managing Gadget360's online communication channels, engaging with customers on Instagram and Google, and ensuring an exceptional digital experience. This role requires strong communication skills, customer service focus, and basic marketing understanding to handle daily digital interactions and feedback collection.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all Instagram enquiries and DMs — respond promptly and professionally to customer queries, service requests, and feedback.
  • Monitor and update Google My Business (GMB) ensure accurate information, respond to reviews, and maintain strong ratings.
  • Coordinate with store teams to track customer issues, service requests, and feedback resolution.
  • Record and analyze customer feedback to help improve service experience.
  • Maintain consistent tone and branding in all online communications.
  • Assist the marketing team in creating engagement reports.
  • Identify potential leads and convert them into store visits or service bookings through effective messaging.
  • Support campaign promotions (like giveaways, offers, or service drives) by engaging with comments and inquiries.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (English & Telugu and Hindi preferred).
  • Familiarity with Instagram, Google My Business, and WhatsApp Business.
  • Customer-first attitude and ability to handle queries patiently.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing or social media engagement.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to multitask efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience or internship in a customer service, marketing, or digital role.
