Pixel Crowner is hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist who can create, manage, and optimize campaigns that deliver real results across Social Media, Google Ads, and SEO. We are looking for a professional with minimum 2 years of proven experience in running paid campaigns and implementing SEO strategies to drive measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Paid Advertising (Social Media & Google Ads)
- Plan, set up, and manage paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Ads.
- Manage all campaign types, Search Ads, Display Ads, Video Ads, Remarketing Ads, and Shopping Ads.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns daily to reduce costs and increase ROI.
- Set up conversion tracking, audience targeting, and retargeting strategies.

2. SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-traffic, relevant search terms.
- Optimize website content and structure for better search rankings (On-Page SEO).
- Execute Off-Page SEO strategies such as link building, directory submissions, guest blogging, and outreach.
- Optimize meta tags, headings, URL structures, and internal linking.
- Improve site speed, mobile responsiveness, and user experience for SEO benefits.
- Track keyword rankings and organic traffic performance using SEO tools.

3. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for ads and SEO activities.
- Analyze results and suggest strategies for improvement.
- Stay updated with platform updates, new tools, and marketing trends.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in running social media ads, Google Ads, and SEO campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, and Technical SEO.
- Expertise in ad platforms (Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager) and SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
- Ability to create data-driven strategies to achieve business goals.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
