eGrove Systems is looking for Senior Accounts Executive to join its team of experts.

Location: Chennai

Experience: 4 +Years

Roles & Responsibilities:-

Coordinate monthly TDS, GST, and Labour form filings with consultants.

  • Handle salary disbursement and vendor payments.

  • Maintain bills and all accounting-related documents.

  • File STPI returns on time.

  • Ensure monthly PF and ESI payments and filings.

  • Manage Tally entries and bookkeeping.

  • Process attendance and payroll.

  • Oversee general office maintenance.

  • Visit banks, PF office, BOAT office and other institutions as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field

  • 4 years of experience in Accounts and Admin roles

  • Knowledge of Tally, MS Office (especially Excel), and accounting basics

  • Good communication and coordination skills

  • Organized and detail-oriented

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently
