Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic HR Leadership:

2. Formulate and implement HR strategies in alignment with business objectives.

3. Collaborate with senior management to drive organizational success through strategic HR interventions.

4. Workforce Management:

5. Manage a workforce of employees, ensuring optimal utilization of manpower.

6. Lead initiatives for talent acquisition, employee retention, and workforce planning to meet current and future organizational needs.

7. HR Systems & Processes:

8. Design, implement, and maintain robust HR systems and processes.

9. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by ensuring the sustainability of structured HR practices.

10. Employee Relations & Compliance:

11. Promote a positive work environment while ensuring adherence to labor laws and corporate policies.

12. Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts effectively to maintain workplace harmony.

13. Performance Management & Leadership Development:

14. Oversee performance appraisal systems and create tailored employee development plans.

15. Implement leadership development programs to nurture future leaders within the organization.

16. Change Management:

17. Act as a catalyst for organizational transformation and drive adoption of best practices in HR.

18. Operational Excellence:

19. Develop and manage HR budgets, ensuring resource optimization.

20. Ensure smooth HR operations and foster a cohesive team environment.

Key Requirements

1. Industry Experience:

2. Mandatory experience in the manufacturing sector with a strong grasp of industry-specific HR challenges.

3. Experience & Career Stability:

4. 10-12 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including time as an HR Head.

5. Preference for candidates with stable career trajectories (minimal job hopping).

6. Leadership & Team Management:

7. Proven ability to lead and inspire large teams while ensuring operational excellence.

8. Strong track record in fostering team cohesion and delivering exceptional results.

9. HR System Implementation:

10. Expertise in designing and sustaining efficient HR systems and frameworks.

11. Demonstrated ability to roll out structured HR processes with lasting impact.

12. Personal Attributes:

Educational Qualifications

• MBA in HR or an equivalent qualification is highly preferred.
