Employment Type: Full-Time (Work From Office)

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Experience: 1–3 Years (Luxury Retail or Interior Sales Preferred)

Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Business Administration preferred, not mandatory)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month (Based on experience) + Incentives

Job Summary:

Celes'tile is seeking a passionate, self-driven, and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive (Female) to join our growing team at our Bangalore showroom. The ideal candidate will interact with walk-in customers, follow up on leads, explain our premium product offerings, and deliver a top-tier customer experience from consultation to sale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage walk-in clients, understand their needs and preferences.
  • Offer product recommendations, pricing details, and styling suggestions.
  • Follow up with online, referral, and campaign-generated leads.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM.
  • Coordinate with design and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing.
  • Upsell and cross-sell complementary products and services.
  • Assist in showroom visual merchandising and display upkeep.
  • Meet and exceed personal sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals.
  • Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi, and preferably a regional language
  • Confident and persuasive in handling client interactions and closing deals
  • Understanding of luxury retail, home décor, or interior product sales
  • Proficiency in MS Office, professional email writing, and CRM usage
  • Customer-first mindset with high attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work independently
