Job Title: Operations Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Operations Executive to manage and upload product catalogues, compliance management & cross functional activity. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that all products are accurately listed, compliant with requirements, and updated regularly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Catalogue Upload:
  • Manage the upload of product catalogues for the organization's goods and services.
  • Ensure all product details (descriptions, images, pricing, specifications, etc.) are accurately entered and compliant with required guidelines.
  • Regularly update product catalogues to reflect changes in stock, pricing, or new product additions.
  • Compliance Management:
  • Ensure all product listings meet the specific criteria, including quality certifications, pricing guidelines, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Verify that all documentation required for each product (such as product specifications, images, and certifications) is complete and uploaded correctly.
  • Product Data Management:
  • Regularly audit and review product catalogues for accuracy and consistency.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of product listings, including pricing and promotional offers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, legal, and procurement) to ensure the correct data is captured and updated.
  • Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:
  • Troubleshoot issues related to product uploads and resolve discrepancies or errors promptly.
  • Address any issues faced during product approval or listing processes.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on catalogue performance, product updates, and compliance status to senior management.
  • Analyse product performance and recommend improvements for better visibility and sales.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software (Word, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and completeness of data.
  • Good communication skills, Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
