Role & responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations issues, concerns, and grievances.

  • Support investigations into workplace matters such as performance issues, conduct, or policy violations.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of cases in HR systems or case management tools.
  • Assist in the interpretation and application of HR policies, procedures, and employment regulations.
  • Counsel employees and managers on workplace concerns, ensuring a fair and respectful approach.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion and integrity.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Legal, and Compliance teams where required.
  • Track and manage multiple cases simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Support data collection and reporting on employee relations trends and insights.
  • Contribute to initiatives that enhance employee engagement and workplace culture. Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree (Any Stream)
  • Proven experience in Employee Relations or related roles
  • Good understanding of HR practices, workplace policies, and employment regulations.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills with the ability to build trust.
  • Problem-solving mindset with fair and practical judgment.
  • Organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Familiarity with HRIS or case management tools is an advantage.
  • Collaborative approach and a passion for improving the employee experience.
