Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales & Marketing Manager - Ingredients & Raw Material - B2B, based in New Delhi. The Sales & Marketing Manager will oversee daily sales operations, develop and implement marketing strategies, and manage relationships with clients and suppliers. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, conducting market research, executing sales presentations, and managing a sales team to meet revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Lead Generation
- Marketing Strategy, Market Research, and Digital Marketing skills
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a sales team
- Experience in the B2B ingredients and raw materials sector is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
