What You'll Do
- Own HR Projects: Lead initiatives that positively impact employee engagement, onboarding/offboarding, and other key HR processes.
- Support HR Operations: Manage and maintain HR data, ensuring smooth operations across various HR functions.
- Enhance Employee Experience: Contribute to programs designed to improve the overall employee journey and workplace culture at Zoca.
What We're Looking For
- Education: Graduate or postgraduate (HR, Business, Psychology, or related fields).
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Forms). Familiarity with AI tools is a plus
- Traits: Excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive attitude. Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
