About The Role
We are looking for a highly skilled
BI Developer
with strong expertise in
Power BI, DAX, SSAS, SSIS, and Tabular Cube modeling
. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end BI solutions to deliver meaningful insights and support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy Power BI reports and interactive dashboards.
  • Write optimized DAX queries for complex calculations, measures, and KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain SSAS Tabular Cubes to support reporting and analytics needs.
  • Build and manage ETL packages in SSIS for efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions.
  • Optimize query performance and ensure data integrity across all BI solutions.
  • Implement best practices for data governance, security, and performance tuning.
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for BI solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest BI trends, Microsoft technologies, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven hands-on experience with Power BI (Reports, Dashboards, DAX).
  • Strong knowledge of SSAS Tabular Models and Cube Development.
  • Expertise in SSIS ETL workflows and SQL Server.
  • Strong SQL querying skills for data manipulation and performance optimization.
  • Good understanding of data modeling, star schema, and relational databases.
  • Experience in requirement gathering and translating business needs into BI solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Nice To Have

  • Experience with Azure Data Services (ADF, Synapse, Data Lake).
  • Knowledge of Power Automate / Power Apps.
  • Exposure to Agile methodology and project management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
