Sales Executive

About the Role
We are looking for a driven and resourceful Sales Executive who can take complete ownership of bringing in new business for our design studio. This role is for someone who knows how to hunt, chase, follow up, reach out, build connections, and close deals, whatever it takes to convert a lead into a client.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively find new leads through cold outreach, calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, events, and networking.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and keep them warm until conversion.
- Conduct introductory calls, share our capabilities deck, and take prospects through our pitch.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team to build proposals.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and track progress on CRM.
- Represent the studio professionally across all conversations, events, and interactions.
- Work closely with the founder and design team to improve pitch strategy and close rates.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly lead and revenue targets.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
- Comfortable with cold calls, cold emails, and outbound selling.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to think on your feet, understand client needs, and position our services clearly.
- Self-driven, persistent, and willing to push until the deal closes.
- Basic understanding of design, branding, or creative services is a plus.
