Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Haveli for a Customer Success Associate. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Key responsibilities include onboarding new clients, providing tailored solutions, resolving queries, monitoring account usage, and identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction. The Customer Success Associate will work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure customer success and contribute to retention and growth efforts.

Qualifications

  • Customer Relationship Management and Customer Support skills to build positive relationships and respond effectively to client needs
  • Proficiency in Account Management and Problem-Solving to ensure smooth client onboarding and successful issue resolution
  • Data Analysis and Reporting skills to monitor performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills to interact with clients and collaborate with internal teams effectively
  • Proven ability to work in on-site team environments in dynamic and fast-paced settings
  • Prior experience in customer success, account management, or client services is preferred
  • Educational qualifications in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
