Key Responsibilities
Document Management: Prepare, edit, and file various documents, reports, and presentations.
Office Support: Maintain office supplies, manage databases and filing systems, and ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Assist in day-to-day office administrative tasks
Maintain files, records, and documentation
Support HR, accounts, and operations teams as needed
Essential Skills and Qualifications
Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Tally) and general office management software.
Organizational Skills: Ability to effectively manage time, tasks, and resources.
Multitasking: Capability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹16, ₹18,000.00 per month
