
Administrative Assistant

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. This role involves handling various administrative tasks, including mailing quotations, finalizing contracts, raising bills, and following up on payments over the phone.
Age Limit: 25 - 40 years
**Salary**: Rs.20,000 - Rs.23,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Responsibilities:
1. Mailing Quotations - Prepare and send quotations to clients promptly.
2. Finalizing Contracts - Assist in completing contract paperwork accurately and efficiently.
3. Raising Bills - Generate invoices and bills for clients based on services provided.
4. Payment Follow-ups - Contact clients over the phone to follow up on pending payments and ensure timely collections.
5. Account Maintenance - Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and client accounts.
6. Allotment of Work to Staff - Coordinate with team members to assign tasks and ensure smooth workflow.
8. Other Clerical Tasks - Assist with data entry, filing, and organizing documents as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administrative or clerical roles.
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
