Sales Manager

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities: (Female candidates preferred)
- Franchise Partner Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing franchise partners to ensure alignment with company standards, performance improvement, and mutual growth.
- Franchise Expansion: Identify, evaluate, and onboard potential franchise partners to expand the organization's footprint and market reach.
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets across franchise and direct client channels.
- Team Leadership & Management: Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to drive performance and achieve sales objectives. Set clear targets, monitor KPIs, and ensure effective training and development of team members.
- Business Development: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and expansion areas.
- Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with marketing, operations, and finance teams to support franchise development and sales initiatives.
- Reporting & Analytisc: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights to senior management.
