Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a GEM Tendering Executive located in Gurugram. The GEM Tendering Executive will be responsible for managing and preparing government e-marketplace (GEM) tenders. Daily tasks will include monitoring tender opportunities, preparing tender documents, submitting bids, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure compliance with tender requirements. The role also involves maintaining records of tenders, following up on submitted bids, and ensuring timely completion of all tender-related activities.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing and preparing government e-marketplace (GEM) tenders
  • Strong understanding of tender requirements and compliance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
  • Experience in the electrical or manufacturing industry is a plus
