Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Chennai. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing customer relationships, and driving sales growth. Daily tasks will include communicating with customers, providing exceptional customer service, conducting sales training sessions, managing sales activities, and tracking performance metrics. The role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure brand consistency and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Promote and sell products to existing and new customers
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Achieve monthly sales targets
  • Visit retail shops, distributors, and outlets as per schedule
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and regular follow-ups
  • Collect market feedback and competitor data
  • Ensure timely order booking, billing, and delivery coordination
  • Provide daily/weekly sales reports to the MD

Requirements

  • Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
  • Proven communication and negotiation skills
  • Passionate about sales and target-driven
  • Willingness to travel extensively (if field sales)
  • Basic knowledge of local market and customer behaviour
  • Two-wheeler with valid license preferred (for field role)
