Visa Documentation Executive

Role & responsibilities
- Liaise with clients to gather required documents for various UK visa categories (Skilled Worker, Sponsor Licence, Family visas, Visit visas, etc.).
- Review client-provided documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with UKVI requirements.
- Assist in completing visa application forms (online and paper-based) and uploading documents to UKVI portals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UK immigration policies and document requirements.
- Coordinate with internal consultants and clients to ensure timely submission of applications.
- Track application progress and maintain detailed case records and logs.
- Communicate with clients professionally to clarify missing information or follow up on pending items.
- Prepare covering letters and document checklists under guidance from senior consultants.
- Ensure secure handling and confidentiality of sensitive client data.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate degree (any discipline; law, commerce, or management preferred).
- 13 years of prior experience in visa processing, immigration consultancy, legal documentation, or client services (freshers with strong aptitude may also be considered).
Technical & Professional Skills
- Strong proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace (especially Word & Excel).
- Ability to draft, edit, and review documents with high accuracy.
- Knowledge of UKVI/Home Office visa categories (training can be provided).
- Understanding of compliance and regulatory processes.
