Job Title: Study Abroad Advisor / Student Visa Counselor

Location: Goregaon, Mumbai

Employment Type: Full-time (In-office)

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Study Abroad Advisor / Student Visa Counselor to join our growing team at Manek Immigration. The ideal candidate will guide students in exploring international education opportunities, assist in selecting suitable programs, and ensure a smooth visa application process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel students on study abroad opportunities in Canada, UK, USA, Australia, and Europe.
  • Guide students through course selection, university/college applications, and admission requirements.
  • Handle student visa applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with embassy/VFS guidelines.
  • Provide updated information on scholarships, post-study work options, and settlement opportunities.
  • Maintain strong communication with students and parents to address queries and concerns.
  • Track student progress from application to visa approval and provide end-to-end support.

Requirements:

  • Education: Any Graduate (Education/Immigration background preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of counseling experience in student visas (Canada/UK/USA/Australia/Europe mandatory).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of student visa processes, documentation, and embassy guidelines.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment with attention to detail.
