We are looking to onboard a team of Informatica Data Quality (IDQ / IDMC) Engineers with strong experience in data discovery, standardization, and data quality rule execution. Ideal candidates should have a solid understanding of data quality concepts and experience working with business teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement data quality rules and transformations using Informatica IDQ / IDMC / CDQ.
  • Perform data discovery, profiling, standardization, and cleansing.
  • Convert business requirements into scalable data quality frameworks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure trusted, high-quality data.
  • (For senior roles) Lead architecture, governance strategy, and mentor teams.

Required Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with Informatica IDQ / IDMC / CDQ.
  • Strong knowledge of profiling, cleansing, standardization, validation, and enrichment.
  • Ability to design and implement data quality rules.
  • Good understanding of data governance principles.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of data integration tools is a plus.

Experience Levels:

  • Junior (2 to 3 yrs): Hands-on with IDQ/IDMC/CDQ, profiling & standardization.
  • Mid-Level (3 to 5 yrs): End-to-end data quality implementation & mentoring.
  • Senior (5+ yrs): Architecting & leading data quality and governance initiatives.
