Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Process Optimization Develop and implement strategies to optimize electroplating processes, focusing on improving efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  2. Technical Support – Provide hands-on technical support and guidance to production teams; troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  3. Quality Control – Monitor and maintain high standards in electroplating outputs; conduct regular inspections and quality tests.
  4. Equipment Maintenance – Oversee routine maintenance and calibration of electroplating equipment for optimal performance and longevity.
  5. Safety and Compliance – Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and industry standards across all electroplating operations.
  6. Documentation – Maintain detailed records of processes, procedures, and production metrics.
  7. Innovation – Stay abreast of new technologies and methods in electroplating; implement innovative solutions to improve efficiency and performance.
  8. Team Collaboration – Work closely with Quality, R&D, and cross-functional teams to drive cohesive and aligned production operations.
  9. Training – Train and mentor production staff on best practices, safety, and new electroplating techniques.
  10. Continuous Improvement – Actively contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance quality and reduce waste.

Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field.
  • Advanced degrees or certifications in Electroplating are an added advantage.
