Roles and Responsibilities

1. Process Optimization:

Develop and implement strategies to optimize electroplating processes, improving efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

2. Technical Support:

Provide technical support and guidance to production teams, troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth operations.

3. Quality Control:

Monitor and maintain high-quality standards in the electroplating process, conducting regular inspections and tests.

4. Equipment Maintenance:

Oversee the maintenance and calibration of electroplating equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

5. Safety and Compliance:

Ensure all electroplating activities comply with safety protocols, environmental regulations, and industry standards.

6. Documentation:

Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of processes, procedures, and production data.

7. Innovation:

Stay updated with the latest advancements in electroplating technology and apply this knowledge to improve production processes.

8. Team Collaboration:

Work closely with quality control, R&D, and other departments to ensure cohesive and efficient production operations.

9. Training:

Train and mentor production staff on best practices and new techniques in electroplating.

10. Continuous Improvement:

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and outcomes.

Requirements

1. Education:

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in electroplating are a plus.

2. Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in electroplating within the electrical components industry.

3. Skills:

In-depth knowledge of electroplating processes and technologies.

Proficiency in using production management software and tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

4. Attention to Detail:

High level of accuracy and attention to detail in monitoring and improving production processes.

5. Communication:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

6. Team Player:

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

7. Adaptability:

Flexibility to adapt to changing production requirements and priorities.

8. Compliance Knowledge:

Understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements related to electroplating and production.
