**Location: Mumbai - Andheri (East)Salary: As per Industry standards.**

**Qualification: Any GraduateExperience: 1-5 Years**

**Purpose of the Job - (What is to be achieved from this Position)**

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound and receive to promote our products and services
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Conversions of leads
- Assist sales coordinators whenever needed
- Manage customer grievance

**Specific Soft Skills Desired**:

- Fluency in English (both spoken and written)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Customer relationship management
- Good convincing skills
- Extrovert

**Working Days**:Monday - Saturday

**Week off**:Sunday Fixed off

**Timing: 8:30 to 05:00 Fixed (No Rotational Shift)**

**Lunch**:Provided every day by the company.

**Transportation**:Pickup and drop from Andheri station.

**Festival Leaves**:Separate from the regular paid leaves.
