Job Title: Full Stack Software Engineer (Senior)

Role Purpose:

Seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with 3+ years of hands-on MERN experience

  • Research and introduce modern tools, patterns, and practices to improve

developer experience and system design.

Core Skills:

  • Strong Data Structures and Algorithms fundamentals.
  • Proficient in System designing, OOP principles, DOM manipulation, and event

handling.

  • Proven full stack delivery using React, , Express, and MongoDB.
  • Solid experience integrating third‑party libraries and resolving dependency

conflicts.

  • Clear communication and effective team collaboration.

Nice to Have:

  • Web performance optimization experience (Lighthouse, Core Web Vitals).
  • Working knowledge of SEO principles for SPAs/SSR.
  • Manging Deployments and related architectures.

Education:

  • B.Tech in Computer Science or an equivalent technical degree.
