**Role: 3D Animator/Video Creator**

**Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad (Onsite)**

**Job type: Full-time/ Permanent**

**Shift Timings: 7:30PM - 4:30AM (US Shift)**

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Create 3D Animations**: Design and develop 3D animation sequences based on project requirements and briefs. This may include character animation, environmental animations, and object movements.
- **Work with 3D Models**: Animate pre-existing 3D models and assets, ensuring they are properly rigged and ready for animation.
- **Collaborate with the Team**: Work closely with the art and design teams to ensure the animation is consistent with the overall visual style of the project.
- **Maintain Quality**: Ensure animations meet project specifications, including timing, pacing, and adherence to artistic direction.
- **Revisions and Feedback**: Implement feedback from directors, producers, and other team members to improve and refine animations.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep up with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies in animation and 3D design.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Proven Experience**: At least 1-4 years of professional experience in 3D animation, with a strong portfolio showcasing your animation work.
- **Proficiency in Animation Software**: Expertise in industry-standard animation software such as Autodesk Maya, Blender, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, or similar.
- **Strong Understanding of Animation Principles**: Solid grasp of the core principles of animation, such as timing, weight, anticipation, follow-through, and character performance.
- **Knowledge of Rigging**: Familiarity with character rigging and skinning is preferred.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong eye for detail and an understanding of human and creature motion, as well as the ability to create life-like animations.
- **Creative Thinking**: Ability to conceptualize and execute complex animations that align with the vision of the project.
- **Collaborative Skills**: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to troubleshoot animation issues and provide effective solutions.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Experience in Game Development**: Knowledge of animation pipelines for games or interactive media.
- **Experience with Motion Capture**: Familiarity with motion capture technology and integrating motion capture data into animations.
- **Knowledge of Rendering and Compositing**: Experience with rendering techniques and compositing 3D elements into final scenes.
- **Additional Software**: Experience with Unreal Engine, Unity, or other game engines is a plus.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Computer Graphics, Art, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
