Life Circle Senior Services offers home nurses and caregivers for elderly patients, along with services such as Doctor on Call, physiotherapy services, and medical equipment for rent and sale.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the office premises.
- Manage housekeeping staff schedules and performance.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and order replenishments as needed. **Security**:

- Coordinate with security personnel to maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Monitor security systems and protocols to address any vulnerabilities. **Travel Logistics**:

- Oversee travel arrangements for employees, including booking transportation and accommodations.
- Manage travel budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions. **Office Upkeep**:

- Ensure all office facilities and equipment are well-maintained and functional.
- Manage vendor relationships for facility services and supplies.
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises to address maintenance issues promptly. **Qualifications**:

- Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in facilities management, hospitality, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic knowledge of facility-related software/tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle emergencies and resolve issues effectively.What We Offer:
