We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice to join our team in the Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for food and beverage service, with excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Assist in preparing and serving high-quality food and beverages to guests.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in inventory management, ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
  • Develop knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to enhance customer experience.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to work well under pressure, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, working effectively with colleagues and guests.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety protocols and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
