Location: Hustle Hub Tech Park, HSR Layout, Bangalore – Work from Office

Shift Timings: Rotational Shifts (Based on Gender)

Working Days: 6 days working, 1 rotational week offs

Joining: Immediate within 2 days

Job Description:

We are hiring for the position of Chat Support Executive in a Semi Voice Process. The role involves assisting customers via live chat and limited voice support, ensuring prompt and effective issue resolution with a strong focus on communication and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries primarily through chat, with occasional voice calls when required.

  • Deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customers.

  • Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.

  • Maintain records of customer interactions and escalate unresolved issues appropriately.

  • Adhere to company policies, processes, and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Good English communication skills – both written and verbal.

  • Active intent to resolve customer issues with a customer-first mindset.

  • Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM with good accuracy.

  • Ability to comprehend and follow instructions.

  • Must be a team player with a positive attitude and flexibility to work in rotational shifts.

NOTE: This is a Work from Office role (no remote option)
