The group entity includes an in-house RBI-registered NBFC and is Series-D funded by marquee investors such as Premji Invest, Advent International, Motilal Oswal Private Equity, MUFG, and TPG-backed NewQuest, among others.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Compliance Officer to join our team. The role involves ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, drafting policies and procedures, and conducting compliance testing and risk assessments.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Qualified CA/CS/LLB/MBA
  • 1–2 years of experience in compliance or a related field
  • Experience in BFSI is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Monitor regulatory changes and updates; prepare summaries for management.
  2. Draft, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and frameworks.
  3. Conduct compliance testing and risk assessments across departments.
  4. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, with a focus on RBI guidelines.
  5. Coordinate with internal and external auditors to meet audit requirements.
  6. Perform due diligence on vendors and third-party service providers.
