Required Technical Skill Set
Proficient in Incident Management & Monitoring Tools, Basic knowledge of IT landscape – infrastructure, networks, and computing. Excellent Communication Skills, Problem Solving Skills, Leadership.
Must-Have
- ITIL Foundation Certification; Experience in Handling Major Incident Bridges
- Basic Knowledge of IT Landscape
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- Open to 24/7 shift
Good-to-Have
- Knowledge about all the ITSM process
- Experience in ServiceNow Tool
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1
Handle incidents, Major Incidents and Problems on a regular basis
2
Identifying and classifying incidents
based on severity and impact on the business.
3
Leading incident response teams
and ensuring efficient communication with stakeholders.

Coordinating the response to incidents
, ensuring swift resolution and
minimal impact on services
5
Working closely with technical teams
to understand and resolve incidents
6
Communicating effectively with stakeholders
about incident status, impact, and resolution progress
7
Documenting incidents and their resolutions
to facilitate future improvements.
8
Escalating incidents
to higher levels of management or external vendors when necessary.
9
Managing the life cycle of all incidents
from identification to resolution
10
Conducting post-incident reviews
to identify root causes and develop recommendations for prevention
11
Analyzing incident data
to identify trends and areas for improvement
The role requires a deep understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and Incident Management processes, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
