Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer located in Andheri - Mumbai (depending on the candidate's current residential location & preference).

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, sales, customer service, and continued engagement with existing as well as potential customers.

The Sales Engineer will work closely with customers, consultants, and contractors to understand their products requirements and provide engineered solutions that meet or exceed expectations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

To conduct in-depth research on inquiries, and prepare offers for local and international clients.

To give presentation about Company Profile & different types of PEC Products to customer

during the visit & generate inquiry from Existing & New Customers.

To submit the offer to customer within time and follow-up regularly.

To follow-up with manufacturer for requested inquiry.

Convert offers into Purchase Order.

Technical Evaluation of Products

Constantly conscious of our competitor and other dealer networks

Client visit for Technical and commercial discussion and order finalization.

Arranging Material by Coordinating with Vendors & Purchase Department.

With the Execution & Dispatch team to dispatch the material in the committed delivery period.

Provide technical training to customers and service partners.

Technical support to sales team.

Preferred candidate profile:

Sales Engineering and Customer Service skills Strong sales skills and ability to meet assigned targets

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical & Electrical engineering or related field Minimum 4 to 12 year of experience in Industrial sales

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Familiarity with products such as Valves, Motors & Pumps will be an add on to the candidate's profile.
