The Senior Manager People Business Partner will support the organization's Enabling Functions (Technology, Data and Finance & Operations) and will be responsible for aligning people plans with business objectives, acting as a change agent and providing overall people support for the Bangalore & Chennai site. Roles and Responsibilities :Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business growth, employee engagement, and retention. Partner with Business and People Leadership to build and maintain a high performing team and culture and create a highly engaging environment.
Creating delightful employee experience through HR initiative and intervention including employee induction, training & skill/competence development, rewards and recognition, performance management. Foster strong relationships with employees at all levels to promote open communication and resolve conflicts. Execute performance management systems to measure employee performance and provide coaching for improvement.
Work with the talent acquisition team for talent acquisition needs and create an effective talent acquisition strategy. Facilitate the resolution of all employee relations issues including those with complex, multi-step solutions, investigations
Drive & implement various HR projects for the market
Managing day-to-day HR operation for the site.Work on various HR reports and analytics
Job Requirements :8 years of experience in people partnering in a global, dynamic, fast-growing technology business.Proven track record of developing strong relationships at all levels global and local
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field preferred
Experience working in matrix organisation with global stakeholders.Should have experience in developing effective HR strategies that drive business results.Ability to coach, influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results.Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, excellent people management skills, analytical, with excellent communication and presentation skills.Location - Bangalore
