Job Position: Sr. Manager Warehouse ( Supply Chain)

Job Location: Masjid Bandar (Head Office)

Candidates must possess overall experience in Warehousing/ Supply Chain management and must possess sound technical knowledge of Warehousing Operations.

  • Develop and implement warehouse procedures and protocols to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with safety standards.
  • Analyse the territory/markets potential, track sales and status reports.
  • Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with companys policies and vision
  • Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
  • Responsible for new business development via prospecting companies, qualifying the needs and warehouse sales closure.
  • Build and maintain strong client and supplier relationships.
  • Creation & Implementation of detailed process documentation to standardize general operation.
  • Candidate should be ready to travel for operational needs of the organizatio since he needs to monitor mutiple locations under him.
  • Monitoring the Operational costs and admin costs.
  • Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices
  • Strong analytical thinking & communication skills.

Candidate Requirement:

  • Any Bachelor's degree or in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in warehouse management, with a relevant year of experience in a warehouse supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Candidate should be willing to travel
