Ensuring Standard operating procedure being followed regarding all production activities

  1.  

Preparation production & scale up batches schedule; ensure its adherence as per plan

  1.  

Follow ups with purchase for Raw material requirements

  1.  

Timely review of KRA for Jr officer, Officer, Asst & deputy manager level

  1.  

Co-ordination with other internal departments (e.g. R&D, ADL, QC, Engineering etc.) for activity of the plant

  1.  

Keeping track of all production & scale up activities & maintaining records.

  1.  

Ensuring RM consumption norms within budget.

  1.  

Troubleshooting and continuous improvement to achieve given production target.

  1.  

Ensure communication of all relevant information to employees on site

  1.  

Ensure Raw Material availability & consumption.

  1.  

Coordinate & ensure Control & prevention of Contamination and Cross Contamination activities on routine basis.

  1.  


Process improvement:

Implement methods for leveraging cost synergies to deliver efficiency in production, carrying costs, and warehousing



  1.  

Work for process simplification to ensure better productivity & operation hygiene in co-ordination with R&D dept.

  1.  

Track progress on process improvement programs that have been initiated in the plant

  1.  

Knowledge management & capability building

  1.  

Identify & share good performance on the shop floor

  1.  

Identify & leverage potential for movement of talent across technical functions

  1.  

Adaptation & utilization of best practices at Hikal

  1.  


EHS

Ensure Proper Filling of Work Permit System, ensure use of PPEs, safe handling of plant equipment to avoid personal injury.

Follow safety procedures, Near miss Reporting.

  1.  


EnMS

Developing culture for  responsible management of energy by educating , involving  and motivating our employees

Controlling  energy consumption by periodic review and improving our processes and promoting voluntary energy conservation

Ensure continual improvements of energy performance and energy management  system by defining objectives and target setting

Knowledge Management & Capability Building

Identify good work experience in own department & share with others

Identify & impart training to workers about safety Importance
